You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the ordering process and to update such information as necessary. PraySong is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate information you provide.
Any account or order associated with your email address is personal to you. You may not transfer or assign your account or order to another person.
PraySong creates custom Christian prayer songs tailored to your personal story, prayers, and relationships. Our songs are produced using a combination of AI-assisted composition and professional human artists to deliver a meaningful, faith-inspired musical experience.
Because our products are deeply personal and subjective in nature, individual results and emotional responses may vary. We cannot guarantee that every song will resonate with every listener in the same way.
Each PraySong order may include a custom song, personalized lyrics, custom cover art, and an optional spoken voice introduction — as selected during the ordering process.
Orders are placed through our guided 7-step wizard, which collects the information needed to create your personalized song — including the recipient's name, your relationship, shared memories, prayers, and musical preferences.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit. The quality and relevance of your song depend significantly on the detail and accuracy of what you share with us.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of order. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged for your order.
Standard orders are delivered within 7 business days of order confirmation. Rush delivery orders are delivered within 24 hours.
All completed songs are delivered via email to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct. PraySong is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect contact information.
We stand behind our work and want you to love your PraySong. If your song doesn't feel quite right, we offer free revisions to help bring it closer to your vision.
Our 7-day satisfaction promise means that if you are not satisfied with your song within 7 days of delivery, we will work with you to make it right. We ask that you first reach out to us directly so we can understand your feedback and take action.
Because each song is a fully custom, hand-crafted creative work, we encourage open communication as the first step in resolving any concerns. Our goal is always your satisfaction with a song that truly honors your prayers and relationships.
Upon completion and delivery of your order, you receive full personal usage rights to your custom song. You may share, play, and gift your PraySong freely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
PraySong retains all production rights, including rights to the underlying composition, arrangement, and production elements. You may not resell, license, or commercially distribute your song without our written permission.
The PraySong name, logo, website content, and all related materials remain the exclusive property of PraySong.net and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The personal stories, memories, prayers, and messages you share with us during the ordering process are yours. This content remains private and is used exclusively for the purpose of creating your custom song.
We do not share, sell, publish, or use your personal story content for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
